Be open
There are a diverse range of perspectives in the stories created on UpTell. There may be some viewpoints you don't agree with. However, try to keep an open mind. You may discover new ways of thinking.
Be respectful
People are opening themselves up by sharing what may be personal stories. Be kind and refrain from using put-downs and bullying.
Be constructive
When you comment on others' stories, share what you like about them and offer suggestions.
Keep personal information private
For safety reasons, don't post personal information such as your phone number or address.
Help keep UpTell fun
If you think a story or user is mean, insulting, or otherwise inappropriate, report it to let us know about it.
You will be given a warning the first time you are reported. The second time, you will receive an account suspension. The third time, your account will be deleted.
